Loaves & Fishes Centers has five large events each year and would welcome your help:

 February 14, 2008 – Valentine-A-Gram
Have two Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, a package of Seattle’s Best Coffee and a special gift delivered to your sweetheart to celebrate Valentine’s Day!

March 10, 2008 – Best Tables in Town 
For a $2,000 donation, you and five of your friends will be wined and dined at one of Portland’s finer restaurants. The meal will be created especially for you and includes a multi-course meal, dessert, wine and gratuity. Table purchasers and restaurants are matched in a drawing held at a reception at the Governor Hotel featuring tasty treats, beverages and live jazz!

May 14, 2008 – Annual Luncheon
Hundreds of Portland business people and philanthropists gather at the Oregon ConventionCenter to hear about what Loaves & Fishes Centers has accomplished in the past year and collect donations to help fund the program for the next year.

July 10, 2008 – Drive For Meals-On-Wheels Golf Tournament
Sponsored by E C Company, this annual golf tournment raises thousands of dollars to provide hot meals to homebound seniors. Set in the beautiful Stone Creek Golf Course in Oregon City, this popular event attracts golfers of all levels.

Nov. 22-26, 2008 – Donate Dinner
Shoppers throughout the metro area can Donate Dinner to a homebound senior when then checkout at select grocers during the week before Thanksgiving.
